Just spotted this linked off something I was looking at this morning.
It appears to be a 1/48 scale Spinner with figures.
I've never seen this one posted before so thought you might be interested.
Site is in Japanese so it will have to be translated.

Yep !...seems to be the 5 disc ultimate briefcase spinner...they just added this couple of figures

Didn't ERTL make a larger version of the spinner in addition to the small matchbox size ones? I could swear I saw a print ad for it years ago.
