Regarding the dining table here:
This looks like a French art deco piece, described as having a "u base". Here's an example:
Probably a recent reproduction as the u-shaped "legs" look like they might be made of bent plywood. There's a few images of this kind of table to be found in Google images.

Actually, it's from the Pel Ltd Manufacture of London U.K. They had a lot of models/designs from the '30s to the late '40s...I don't know if they're still in business. Rarer to find in the U.S. and Canada, but might pop up from time to time in antique market across Europe. |

Interesting. Never heard of PEL before, but found this: "PEL (Practical Equipment Ltd.) was formed in 1931 to help market the high quality steel tube produced by Accles and Pollock – both companies were part of Midlands based Tube Investments."

Exact! The most used design for their tables was the "bent round tubes" (3 in general), but as you can see, the table in BR is designed with 4 "square tubes". Some were left in an aluminum look, while others were chromed or painted. Those "feet" are usually secured on rectangular wooden feet (lacquered or painted) with 2 transversal bars at the bottom (people had the bad habit of resting their feet on it, that's why you'll see some of those table with bent/ crooked or damaged transversals). The top was lacquered or painted (2 tone was the norm, but you'll see one solid colour also), the side were usually a one piece, or grooved ). Hope that helped. |

I have seen a ton of variations of this table design, including all wood ones. I used to look through hundreds of tables on ebay under "Deco Table" almost every day, but I haven't in a few years. I had come across a few matching side tables that are closer to the original in details, but not a dinning table as of yet. It may be time to rejuvenate the search.

Andy, you mean the Endless Search. What an obsessively overdesigned set this is. Luckily, I suppose, we all are obsessive enough for the job. Now to ID those other chairs (not those Mackintosh ones already ID'd).

Found a couple of images of that Coonley desk. The first is a rather small drawing of the table:
The second is a big photograph of the table (sorry about the image size):

Coonley desk is a rather simple piece of furniture to make (no major curves here ) It's just that the lamp would have to be made from scratch to respect the ones used in BR. |

I have been somewhat obsessed with the Rhino sculpture. It's in a tracking shot in the apartment on a desk in the background and it's backlit. I'm not sure but it looks like it may be a black rhino although it may just appear that way due to silhouette. I'm contemplating making a version... _________________ Hollywood is the only industry, even taking in soup companies, which does not have laboratories for the purpose of experimentation.

I shared this on the FB group, but for those not following those proceedings... Is this something previously unnoticed and un-discussed by the Blade Runner prop fan universe‽
I don't know that there is any such thing. What I can say is that I've not paid much attention to this piece of set dressing before, and have no idea why it caught my eye this time around.
Who knows what countless pieces of kipple were on set that we will never even see, much less get a clear view of... Anyway, for your consideration: the Ma-Roller.
