Wanted to make an ammo box for my PKD display build. Started out with a prefab 4"x2" box, weathered it with emery cloth and a few drops or gun oil. A little bending to break up the smoothness. Custom made the labels on Photoshop and aged them with coffee. A little spray adhesive and voila! Hope you like Very Happy

Thanks, guys.
My first box was a complete fail as it ended up looking like it was 100 years old, although I'm not sure if I'm completely happy with this one either. I have 20 more boxes on hand so I may make another attempt. I just want it to look used and not so much like an antique.

I think that's great work. It does look old though, not used.

I have boxes of ammo that have been around for 10 years or so, because I reuse them. They don't get stained so much as distressed and dog eared. I'll post a few pics for your reference if you'd like.

I actually have quite a few boxes, but none are regular ol' cardboard color. I am probably going to do another one, sans the oil stains. I won't even show off my first attempt lol

Does this mean Winchester Ammo will now be going out of business in the next few years?
