|
|
Since there is a lot of variation in blaster sizes and some holsters out there fit better than others, what is the concensus as far as best fit for the tomenosuke blasters - assuming there isn't a variation in size between older tomenosuke and the latest revision. What do you guys recommend? |

Thanks. That seems to be for an inaccurate or alternate version though. I'm interested in an accurate piece that fits he tomenosuke as some here have been show to be too small. |

Try to contact Skin-Job here on Propsummit But remember keeping the blaster in the holster and especially taking it in and out may harm the finish... _________________ Monsieur, azonnal kövessen engem bitte |

On the Cos-Play holster:
I have seen an early prototype and helped size it to fit my models, and as such this will be the Only Holster I will be able to indorse for use with my models.
I have always warned that the holsters can harm my models, the real springs used can rip off the side rod and some paint.
OR Worst drop your model. I wore a spring type at a con and had a blaster work it’s self out and hit the floor.
This design can help prevent all of these problems.
Of course any holster will cause holster ware, so you do need to allow for that, this will be a lot less that any spring type, but if you going for a real world look then these will only add to your model’s look.
Which is why I all for it..
I have already torn off a side rod and damaged a $1500.00 Blaster trying to use one of the movie accurate holsters, and I am one of the few that can afford to take that hit (pun intended)
Still I had to replace a receiver side cover and rod and a ammo housing.
Once I get one of these : Next I will need a coat and so on.
