I am glad that a couple of people have stepped up to take care of this.
I was offering only because I felt I might be one of the few that could do the grips.
But I am more than glad to step aside as with my current health problems it would have been hard and taken a little long for me to do.

Andy, get some of that rubylith stuff, cut it to the shape of the grip and sandwich it between the grip and the frame. It'd would have to warm it up a little I would think.

anyone know why the bolt lever end rod (with pointy bit at end) is metal? and if so how would I get it back to its base metal finish?
Also I noticed the tube that connects the mag housing to the barrel at the end is black plastic. Was this metal on the hero? if so can anyone suggest a good metal replacement? _________________ "F*ck it, it's just a movie. Let him worry about it" Harrison Ford |

The trick is to take the grips off and polish the back sides.
Also I use Mother's Mag polish, which is awesome. Turns aluminum into "chrome".

I AM BACK!
New ASUS Motherboard is HOT...
First it forced me to upgrade to DDR3 @ 1833HZ from my old 800HZ DDR2.
Then I found that it runs SATA 6 over my old board running only SATA 3.
And lastly I have not done a new install I just run the new driver disk for the MB and it set its self up.

No I already had a AMD Four Peg Oscillating unit Running at over 2.4 GHZs, but now know the main device it was driving was not a good a match as was needed.
And Luckly my recorder devices were already of the higher speed and again the main unit was holding them back as well.
