I am getting ready to do another run soon.

And I have a friend in the UK that handles things.

Hopefully we will have a few orders going to England and or Europe, so shipping is then a shared cost.

Hello Rich,

Similar story to Psycho_ro - Im a new member & in UK . . .
I'm also considering which version to go with.

ALART

I just shipped the first run of the newest model the 2011.

So I am going to be casting metal and I like to run off as many parts as I can.

So I will be running of lot of parts and plan on filling kit orders and stocking up for parts for building models myself.

So I should have parts within a couple of weeks.

Plus all kits will be of the 2011 parts sets.

For information on the changes and improvements please check out my latest auction:

They are in the mail (some time ago) and the first package is in propsjonnyb's hands and he is (last report) waiting the second package.

This was not a good time of year to try and mail anything...

Slow...

Hang in there.

Check with propsjonnyb on the latest word.

Rich

PS By the way this order is of the newer 2011 versions.

Yeah no worries Rich I know it's worth the wait, the weather has been a nightmare too which has held things up. Thanks for the info.
Really pleased that these kits will be your new model too, thanks Rupe.

Just in today:

Hi Rich ,
Just to let you know the third box arrived safely today , there were no problems with customs whatsoever , the only delay was due to the adverse weather backlog

my best regards,

John

Last report was he had them and here is the costs break downs: (partly)

The import duty on the three consignments was £155 UKP or $248 Appx which means the shared duty was $42 USD each or £ 26 appx
My best regards,

And:

Rich,
Many thanks for the addresses - I'm pulling the kits parts together for packing and shipping

I will contact each regarding shipping Red ARc has already been in contact Check!

My best regards,

This may be the cause of the delays:

Hi Rich,
As you know I had that silly accident when I broke my nose and jarred the retina's, so my right eye has been playing up , that means it takes twice as long to write a mail as normal , as I'm doinging it with two fingers only ! It clearing up getting better every day but the doctor says about a week to ten days - caused me problems with real work and hobby work as well - nothing has been done since Christmas Eve as I can't see clearly enough and don't really want to take a chance and loose a finger !!

My best regards,
John

I will try to contact his today.

RIch

Appologies to all, I caught an infection that has laid me low, I am only just feeling better, as couldn't see to drive or anything, I have not yet got out of the house , but I will ship tomorrow come hell or highwater !! and will mail each with a confirmation tracking number for their shipments , in most cases these will be next day guranteed delivery .

Again I'm sorry for the delay which was entirely down to me and hope you enjoy building your kits .

I'm sure we're all sorry to hear about your health issues, I was more worries about just having my PMs/emails falling in the sarlaac pit for tech reasons or whatnot.

fingers crossed for a swift recovery ! If it's cheaper, I don't need the next day delivery, I'm not in a rush for that project.

Be well,

Erv'

Well due to a goof, a mess up possably on my part, it seems some of the parts are missing.

I sent John 4 pages with pictures today of all the parts in a kit and he is checking them and will get back with me so I can send the parts needed.

The main things missing are the ammo housing and clip and the electronics that go into them.

I think we can sent what he has to you so those that want to start can, and you should get the remaining parts before your in dire need of them.

I can not find them sitting around here and was sure we packed them...but they are not there with John.

Sorry about this.

Rich

I received my parcel today and was surpriced that so many parts are missing Shocked

No Barrel , ammo housing and clip , electronics , butt plate , original bulldog grib frame , triggers , some trigger mechanic parts , sight rod , display plaque and so on ....

How can something like that happen ?
Do this parts missing for all european customers ?
Why you dont wait up till everything is finally here and ship them all together.

The only thing i can do now is to clean up some parts Sad

Answer requested

Ps.: I hope you guys know exactly what parts are missing in my case !
