In answer to the previous question yes it's a replica of the A3 WY Corporate Commando pulse rifles. It was black and had no counter.

Iconic though it may be I have always disliked glowing red counters on pulse rifles.

There are any one of a number of ways and means a counter can be put on a battle rifle... a glowing red LED on the right hand side of your weapon is probably the worst. Smile
