This might possibly be the last all metal PR I make. Barring sourcing out more parts.
The market for Thompson parts has skyrocketed, I just cant find reasonably priced parts sets anymore or more to a point people are far less willing to pay the going rate for them to be used in a PR.
This one is a "Kalifornia legal" gun, (minus the orange paint) :p
I was asked to address any CA specific replica gun issues. The Real 870 has been demilled above and beyond. The barrel has been permanently blocked and cannot chamber a round. It has been further welded to the receiver preventing re activation of the gun (as per ATF regs). The Thompson magazine has been pinned and welded to prevent the insertion of no more than 5 rounds. The upper receiver is solid and has no moving parts.
The shroud is my standard Vac form offering except this one is made of a tough thermoformable materiel called Vivac, roughly twice the expense of styrene but well worth it.
The steel stock locks solidly via a spring loaded bolt near the rear of the receiver and the 10 hole barrel vent and barrel are steel as well. Both stock and vent are Matsucorp exclusives.
No counter for that smooth side corporate look.
Two tone black finish.
Deact 870...
Caseless ammo...
Contrasting crowned and polished muzzles...
If you have an all metal PR with real parts, cherish it. Thompson parts are becoming as scarce as SPAS parts.
Thanks for looking.

I need to fix those pix eh?
Friggen AOL dumped not only mine but everybopdys FTP files and photos... wankers...
Oh and hey Been a while...
Oh and I made that HCG prototype.
I invented the interwebs as well.
Gaze upon this lovely while I go dig up the black PR pix.
16 lbs of mostly metal, only the grips and the shrouds are resin.

Matt,
Did you by any chance get a new hosting site for the pics? If you need me to fix it please post the new addresses in another post and I can replace them for you. Not sure why it won't let you edit it though.

Edgar I don't make pulse rifles anymore, but I'll keep an eye out if I see any being resold.
Full metal guns like the ones above if you find one can go for $1500 and up.
HCG are putting out a licensed replica that will be in the $800 range.
Andy yes it is odd it won't let me edit the post.
Here are the pix re hosted.

Very, very nice.
Remind me though; why is it all black? Is it to make it look like the rifles from Alien 3 or another reason? |

It would make sense with the ammo counter omitted as shown, so the marine doesn't give his/her position away... |
