Update,
All assembled except for led box, need to resolder. It has a real good weight to it now and I'm finding it hard to put down.
Will post some final pics soon....
If anyone has an 07 Offworld that is original and not modified I would love to know it's weight so I can compare.

hey Photec, are you replacing the orange grips with more accurate ones? if so what is your source?
I have been thinking about trying to fit new ones to mine but I know most are too big... _________________ I just do eyes. |

Looks like this will be up for sale shortly I'm sad to say.
I would like to keep it within Australia but I will happily ship overseas if required.
I hope not to have to go to evilbay.
Sniff,

If you want to keep it in Australia - can you PM me the price?
I was planning to buy one from the UK, but you might save me the import hassles. _________________ Indubitably |

I managed to get it out of my hand just long enough to get some pics.
I think it's finished, kinda got that feeling to walk away from it for a while.
Not sure if I should post larger pics, is that ok with the forum?
Upgrades,
Custom Alloy inner grip (me)
Custom Alloy butt plate (me)
Custom Alloy trigger guard (me)
Custom grooved triggers (me)
Custom Blued steel front post (me)
Machined alloy barrel (Don Parker)
Machined alloy bolt with brass firing pin (Don Parker)
Real E88 (other Knob)
Custom kurled slot head screw
Bolt handel cut out in side cover
Machined steel sight rod (not connected) (MSpaw)
Custom pewter Styer saftey switch (punctated/ me)
Upgraded Styer upper (Offworld Inc)
Offworld M2019c LED box upgraded with led clips (Offworld Inc /me)
Ammo clip grub screws with brass washer (RAC Props)
5 x .38 hollow point drill rounds
End plate drilled to let brass firing pin through
All these upgrades have given this prop an excellent weight and feel.
Finished weight 1.114KG
Finish is of a used nature as an in service weapon would be.
Perma Blue, Alloy black chemicals and satin black paint used. _________________ No! 4, 2 - 2, 4.

Hi Photech, that 's a lovely upgrade you've done to the Offworld , replacing all the ' slightly off' parts with metal replacements , you've ended up with something to be proud of , congratulations !! |

Wow! Certainly hard to believe that is an Offworld. The custom parts and paint job on that go a long way. Great work, and nice touch Photech.

A very good work indeed (helps to have big pics as to see all the details)
Paint job is great (right amount of wear) and the addition of those metal pieces makes it sharper. Congrats |
