Interesting that the full size spinner sold for so much less than the hero gun did in 2008...

There were several rubber stunt pistols. Some with painted grips and some with casts of the amber grips attached. I believe the more expensive of the two was the one with the attached grips and also the holster. Most of the painted ones were used by the police and therefore much more common. The one with the attached grips may be the one and only that was seen being pulled through the wall by Batty.
I think part of the reason the spinner went so "cheap" is not to many people have a place for it. It was also the not drivable "Flying" spinner. Not to mention it had also just fallen off the back of a truck and needed complete restoration (as can be seen over at Blade Zone). Almost all of these items are now at the Science Fiction (and Music) Museum in Seattle.
After all the gun is something he (Paul Allen) can have displayed in his office and can see now everyday if he wants. Hopefully it will end up in the Museum too, but it looks like he now has both the hero gun and holster. The holster has never been displayed in the museum before, so maybe he was saving it.
I have heard rumors that the museum has changed it's policy on photography in the museum now. Not sure if it is true or not, but I hope all of it ends up in the Museum so we can take some good shots of them.
