Yes.

Well the ones in the USA, for some reason propsjonnyb is MIA.

I have not been able to reach him for the past couple of weeks.

For those in England, if you or I don’t hear from John (propsjonnyB) by next week we may have to try to send everyone two boxes, breaking the model up and shipping them as model parts.

Cost will run a little higher than the combined shipping to John.

OK, I got mine. Pretty sweet. It is really a nice kit. It is going to a friend down under in Australia once he gets his police and customs permits lined up. He's going to be a very happy camper. Australia got very strict with toy, replica, airsoft, etc. guns and getting a kit may make getting the paperwork processed easier.

Rich, this kit is really nicely done. If people spend the time to build this up carefully, they will have an outstanding looking blaster.

I especially like the 3 D effect used on the data plate. Nice touch.

Can't wait to start seeing buildups being posted.

No need to say that for all the people receiving Rich's gun that pics of the various builds and versions will be demanded by the members of this board is an understatment

Thanks for the great review.

I found a few bits and pieces I forgot so next week I will mailing them out to everyone.

As you can see there are a lot of bits and pieces…

At this time there is only 1 kit unclaimed and unpaid for out of the first run of 15. (I have a payment incoming next week...so 1 is spoken for.)

Once those are gone there is 10 more basic kits on order I will need to make up.

And 6 deluxe to do as well.

So my next couple of months are spoken for.

Rich

Should be next week.

I am building a couple and taking pictures of the build as I go along.

I am at the ammo clip with the new switch and will take pictures of it as i go along.

I hope you have a hot glue gun, with the small switches I fear super glue will glue the switch too easy so am going with hot glue to hold them in.

Rich

I have some of the chapters ready, need a file shareing location.

Also be careful when opening the bags, some screws and springs are VERY SMALL..

Best to open over a tray or dish, so if something falls out you have a good chance of catching it.

A special note.

I buy the brass rounds at a gun store in bulk.

They are in open bins and I have to scoop them out and count them.

I was just PMed that a couple of 44 MAG rounds was sent out and yes these are too long for the 44 special chambers.

Please check your brass; it will say MAG or special on the bottom.

Please email me if you got any MAG rounds so I can replace them with 44 special brass in the mailing of the extra parts I will be mailing out this week..

Thanks for your understanding.

Rich

Got mine on Friday and it looks beautiful! Can't wait to get started on this!

I'll check my bullets to make sure they are the correct size.

Here are some pics of the Kit I received:

The fit of the grips. I removed some of the resin flash and lined them up better with the finger grooves. It will take some trimming on the frame to customize to the fit of the grips. The castings are excellent and will look like glass when they're polished:

Two things:

One you only normally get 5 brass and 5 bullets, not the 10 Jackie send by mistake, so don't be upset...OK.

Second the metal frame is bendable and can be made to aline up with the grip better and it is sandable so can have the grips matched to the profile.

Blending the grips and frame is one of the major jobs of a clean model.
