It's a Gun Silencer replica. Machined Aluminum.
It was black, so I painted it gloss gun-metal and machined the wide grooves wider as they were thin. I added a brass insert + magnet on one end so it fits into the Tom-Pro's barrel. The brass plug insert fits so snug/tight into the barrel, doesn't fall out but the magnet is there just in case. I also made the silencer's bore bigger, drilled out to about 11mm.
The silencer replica is from ebay. A company sells them along with other replica gun parts from the 60s-70s movie-TV series 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.'...the modified Walther P38 gun.
I thought is would be cool to add it with the Tom-Pro just for fun.

Is there any word on the kit version of the Tomen? I'm dying to mod one of these, but I don't want to mess with my finished version.

Not sure if these means they may be doing a PFC version or not, but the photo is a big tease...

A screen accurate replica that shoots PFC blanks would be so damn cool. I love my hartfords of course, but those are a long way from being accurate.

Wow, I have not looked at BR stuff since I got a SID kit thinking, that's it, I'm done. And then I read Ready Player One and here I am catching up on all the stuff I've missed. Too cool if the are in talks to make another go of it.

Thanks for the info.
