I am a 51 year old BR-Fan from Germany and that´s my Tome:

In a Phil Steinschneider-Holster:

I modified the tome in this way:

The weathering is without rust, cause i think the rust will create after the film.

Welcome aboard Gero...shiny gun you have there Cool Quality all the way.
Is it a retracting "bearing" that you installed to make sure the lever wouldn't move?...if so, it's a very nice trick for sure; it would be great if Tome was aware of it Wink

Liked the German lines at the bottom of your page: Racheal and Deckard discussing the owl I believe

Thank you guys.

Joberg: youre right, it is a ball-bearing that is fixed with epoxy and a 2 Millimeter foam rubber that provides for enough frictional resistance.

And: Yes, it is the Dialog between Rachel and Deckard about the Owl.
(or between my wife and me about the hobby) Wink

I think, that the Dialog of ALL Members here with her wife.

BTW, the Ammo-Box is self-made. I have a PDF-File from this for Printing.
When someone wants it (for free) , send PM.
Is for .44 S & W Russian Rounds. I have also a Box for the Tomenosuke Dummys. But i didn´t build it cause i have only 5 dummys from Tomenosuke.
At this Time a creation of my own Rounds is in progress, because the .44 S & W Russian are a little bit shorter than the Tome-Dummys and the .44-40 WTC are to long and to big for the Tome.. When this Rounds are ready, i show it here.

Mark:
Yes, the background is your artwork, cause i love this drawing of the Tomenosuke. I have it also on my desktop.

Joberg:
No, it´s not a modifikation. The box is for 10 rounds. What you usually get is a Box for 50 Rounds.

The Barcode is from "Hitman" Agent 47.

PM from Spinner44:
of course i will share the information of making the weathering:

First the bare edges of the metal parts:
I sanded the metal parts with very fine abrasive pad (3M Micro Fine).
The Lever and the receiver are only sanded at the edges. After that i polished the edges with a hand tool (Proxxon). The rest is original finish by Tomenosuke.
Second I polished the butt-plate, the trigger guard, the grip-frame and the inner receiver components.
Finally, I painted the barrel with Revell "polished steel" color (brush application) and the butt plate provided with notches and painted at an angle of 15 degrees (for the weathering effect) with airbrush and Tamiya-Black.

I understand this correctly: this was your blaster and you sold him to MIM?

No, I'm just saying inventory still gets moved from time to time. I know of a handful of people who bought multiples sort of "just in case". They're rare, but it's small community, so it's not surprsing there are a few unopened ones still floating around.

Now I've also got the message. Thanks for the explanation.

Gero, so the barrel on your blaster is painted plastic, it looks so much like real metal
