OK...here is what did NOT work for me for clean label removal:

Isopropyl Alchohol (99%)
Isopropyl Myristate
Acetone
"Bond-off" by Ben Nye
"Goof-Off"
Bestine
Lighter Fluid

Goof-Off actually destroyed the label right down to the foil!

I also tried the Condensation(Sp?) method and again...NOTHING.

My apllication method was to use a small wide bristled brush, work a little of whatever fluid I was using under one corner of the label until it lifted a bit, then I would gently grasp that raised part and continue applying liquid while gently pulling back on the label. This method worked a little bit but as soon as I got into an area that was heavily glued...trouble with ripping and distortion of the label.

So...here is what ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY WORKS!

Get a container thats a little bigger than the bottle and fill it with warm water.
Now add some Ivory Dish Soap.
Take the bottle and fill it with Hotter water than is in the large container.
Put the bottle in the large container and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
You will find that the label will start to lift at the edges in about 5 minutes.
If you are using a clear large container you can look closely at the back of each label and watch as the dark area's that are the glue slowly turn lighter as the lift works it's way across the label.
After 30 minutes you may even have labels that have come off completely...I did. Gently fish these out and lay them on a paper towel to dry before moving them to wax paper and pressing them with a large heavy book.
For the labels that are still stuck to the bottle you can use the end of say a wooden spoon and gently nudge against the label until it is free.
I had one small label that appeared to still be completely stuck to the bottle after removal from the water. But I was able to peel it free with no distortion!
The larger labels will curl a little after removal. Gently dry these on the paper towel and then very carefully move them to the wax paper and press them with a heavey book. Be cautious not to bend the edges when pressing between the wax paper.
That's it! This method worked perfectly for me. I ended up with PRISTINE labels that, once dry, are ready to be applied to whatever bottle you want.

I should have mentioned as well:
Don't be afraid about the paper in the labels becoming water logged.
It may have something to do with these labels inparticuler being mostly foil but waterlogging just isn't an issue.
Also, you may want to let the labels dry pressed for a little while longer than I did. I waited about an hour and they looked and felt fine, but in the morning they were curled. This didn't hurt anything, they smoothed out again easily enough, but if I had let them dry longer while pressed it may not have been an issue.
