Is it fair to assume that if I am getting your emails about updates that we are on the list for sure?
Thanks

Just wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank Once-Bitten for all his hard work in getting this project across the finish line. Hard to believe that an idea a year ago is now a solid glass object. You definitely get an "A" in perseverance!

I'll be up late Saturday night / Sunday morning! Cool

Regards,
oldzey

I've looked at some of the original reference from BR and Annie - I think it's spot on.
I have to admit I did initially think the same as you Andy!

The Annie pictures show the size pretty well.

Very nice. How tall is the bottle in inches?

Thanks Oldzey...that means alot coming from you as you were the FIRST to jump on to my interest list! It's going to be great when this bottle is really in everybody's hands...and I can go back to sleeping at night.

Andy...let me just say that I hate you... Very Happy NO, no, no...just a little levity.

I for one am waiting for addittional pictures as I think it's a little premature to judge the bottle based on perspective shots taken while it's red-hot and fresh out of the mold.
Thank-you Andy for your genuine concern, but I want to urge everybody not to be too critical before the bottle can actually be inspected against the 3D model - and please remember folks: despite my seemingly endless enthusiasm and optimism for this project's success, there is no person here more critical of flaws and mistakes than me.
I have asked the manufacturer to see caliper measurements of the height, shoulder width, body width, and hip width from the front and the side before sending samples by air freight for physical inspection.

The manufacturer is obligated to produce the bottle to our specifications. If there are deviations, they have agree'd to rework the mold until they get it right.
More soon.

After comparing these two photos I think the bottle is really accurate.
How about offering an Annie version?
Kidding.

Well, no inquiries for now. I have a direct link to your page and from the post related to the project. I think people interested will use it. Two or three colleagues are informed about, but seems that prop collectibles are not so usual for them as for me! Very Happy

Last items found and received includes the Braun props... except Domino Lighter. Still resists.... Razz

Waiting for bottles to come... I have 3 Cibi glasses dying for one or two...

Regards!

Well, no offense to Johnnie Walker, but I'm thinking of something more like this to put in the bottle:

I don't think the vintage 1992 is readily available anymore locally, but I think I can find the 1994 vintage... if you like scotch, the '92 vintage was one of the best I've had in a long time... a friend got it for me last Christmas... I think the stuff is up in the $70.00 a bottle range online now though. I hate having to pay more than $30.00 for a bottle of any booze though... the prices of scotch really have skyrocketed within the past decade. -sigh-

So what are the odds of getting one of these if I wasn't on the original statement of interest list?
