I procured one of these in his last kit run.

These are, in MY opinion, the CLOSEST anyone can get to owning the real prop.

NO these kits are NOT the "skill level 2" we all see on model kits. Very Happy

This is NOT completed as I haven't done the electronics.

I purchased a completed and wired ammo housing from Rich and will instal same once I receive it. (I have vision issues and I am SURE Rich does a WAY better job of soldering these than I can.)

This kit DOES require patience AND perseverance as it is a ONE off.

My advice on these is review ALL of Rich's photo buckets AND ANY and ALL posts about them on this board.

TEST fit everything and adjust as needed.

GET a screw threader (what's the technical name?)

I used a Dremal tool and a grinder, and LOTS of elbow grease.

I would suggest these are the minimal power tools you can get away with using to assemble these kits.

IF you have ANY issues with missing parts or pitted casts, contact Rich I'm sure he will take care of the problem, as he did for me.

What I am showing is the initial build, for fit and finish. I have to disassemble it and re paint the black parts. I used Krylon plastic paint.

I don't recommend it. (as you can see from the wear on the grip etc)

Also I noticed some arias I still need to file down ( by the front trigger on the Bulldog frame)

Still need to adjust some play in the rear trigger and tighten up the trigger guard.

A few of the screws were replaced from the kit as I striped the treads.

When I do the final assembly I will fill the striped screw hole with a brass tube cut to fit the depth of the piece as super glue them in and rethread them with the correct screws. (I tried this with an Offworld I striped and it works fine)

Something to keep in mind about these kits. They are NOT toys.

They ARE made of pewter and DO dent. HANDEL with care.

THEY ARE works of art as they are ALL hand made.

THEY DO require attention to detail AND adjustment as needed.

When you are done you WILL have as close a replica of the Blade Runner Blaster as is possible baring buying a completed version from Rich.

Here is mine.

I'll post my "final cut" of this when I complete it with more than one angle.

Thank you Rich for making these available!
