I have found that many collectors use Shelving Units to hold and display their collections.

This have caused a few props to be damaged when trying to open the cases, there is no room so you forced to remove the case completely from the shelf and often this causes the prop to fall from its display stand and bounce around inside the case as you try to place all of it on a table.

I found that I do not use these displace case; I leave the covers off thus exposing my props to dust and mishandling by visitors, the very reason for these covers.

So I invented The Shelf Friendly Display Case.

The back wall is part of the base, so all you need do is slide the cover straight out of the shelf.

I am now looking into offering these Display Cases again.

And thanks to a fellow prop maker whom whated to make his own Display Stand we are looking to offer a sharp NEW Metal Display Stand. It will be offered in a Brushed Metal Look or Power Coated Black. Other colors by special order at extra cost.

This is the stand alone, note this was the prototype most of the screw holes will not be there on the finished stand.

And lastly I am offering a combo of both.

Prices are being worked up as we talk.

Question is how many of each Case will be wanted.

So please give us your feelings on these.

Rich

I would want one based on two things:

- Price

- A vertical base that does not tilt blaster back.

Good looking case either way.

A) working prices

B) Tried that and it kept falling over and/or off the stand..

Nicely done! I lean more toward the first one featured - with the black base. I think the metal cradle is cool, but it kinda distracts from the blaster itself, and fits less with the retro/noir feel of Blade Runner in general (in my opinion) Very Happy - R13

Curious about what the price will be . . ?

I also think that the intrusion of the metal pegs detracts from the blaster a bit. I'd definitely be interested in a plexi one (with cover) though.

They will run $125.00 plus shipping.

To offer this price I have to order 5 at a time.

Assuming the quality will be as shown, count me in for one all-plastic, Rich. - R13

Great please send me a email so I can track everyone by a special folder... racprops@cox.net

I am trying to set up this run.

These are being made by a pro-plastic company here in Phoenix.
