|
|
Hi Guys,
Firstly, this is my first post and I hope I am not breaking any "rules" but hey, you may be interested in this.
As a kid my Dad often travelled to the Far East and in the late 1980's he came back with a Casio ML90 for me which I recently found in a box at home.
Searching online, I see that the most conversations about this item are around its possible use in BR as part of the Vidphon. I also note that another Casio model is mentioned too.
Anyway, I have an immaculate condition ML90 that I may put up for sale on Ebay (or here if you wish). I have just put some new batteries in it and it groans and squeeks a bit and sometimes works as a calculator but does not like making tunes any more. As I say, the front is immaculate, it comes with the original plastic wallet type case and instruction card. The back is a little scratched just near the battery screws. Pictures available later if required.
If this sounds of interest to anyone then please reply to the post and let me know what I should do (perhaps put it on the for sale thread if there is one).
Let me know or, tell me to get lost - I will not be all that offended!
Charles.
PS: I am based in the UK. |

Welcome Charles. I moved this to the Prop Shop section.
You are welcome to post a link to an Ebay sale here if you wish. Anyone who does try to deal with you directly here though takes the risk of dealing with someone that has no stock in the community here, and can disappear as quickly as you appear. Hopefully you would like to become a long term member here at some point too, and pics are always appreciated no matter what

I will post a few pictures shortly (in the morning probably now), my standing on Ebay is excellent and I can certainly vouch for myself and will leave the rest of the judging to you guys.
Happy to see what interest there is from your members as it seems it may be of interest.

Here are a couple of pictures.
I have replaced the batteries and there is some life in the thing but it does not work properly at the moment. I suspect it may be fixable but best to sell as not working at the moment. Only marks are on the back (as you can see at the bottom right by the case screws.
Let me know if there is some interest and I can put it on Ebay.
Charles.
